The Library will be closed between the 23rd of December 2024 and the 1st of January 2025. Our library's services will be available from the 2nd of January 2025.

Due to the relocation of our external warehouse the books and doctoral dissertations stored there, as well as the entire stock of the library's periodicals, will be unavailable until the beginning of January 2025. Many of our books are still available for loan and current literature can be found on the open shelves.

The OAI search engine is a service developed by SZTAKI, which allows searching, browsing and reviewing the contents of all OAI  (Open Archives Initiative) archives together. The MTA KIK is responsible for the content of the service.
The Eötvös Loránd University Electronic Database that is ELTE Digital Institutional Knowledge Base (EDIT, https://edit.elte.hu) contains more than 40000 documents, and its contents are constantly incresing. The Knowledge Base provides its users with a free- and full-text source of scholarly literature. The collection includes a wide range of disciplines. The eSearch Plus application provides comprehensive information on brand names, owners, dealerships, etc. Allows you to quickly and efficiently search the EUIPO database.
USC Shoah Foundation's Visual History Archive allows users to search through and view more than 54,000 video testimonies of survivors and witnesses of genocide. Videos are in 41 different language and they were recorded in 62 different countries. The database contains 1335 inteviews in Hungarian. The database also contains content on Ruanda, Guatemala, Armenian genocide, and the masacre of Nanking, China.
Official Database of the United States Patent and Trademark Office that contains full text documents from 1976 to the present day and limited search back to 1790.

Wiley Online Library presents one of the world's most comprehensive multidisciplinary journal collections. It provides access to over 4 million studies published in more than 1600 journals, dating back to 1998, in fields such as humanities and medicine, natural sciences, and social sciences. In addition to the subscribed journals, the platform also offers access to those e-books with full-text that aquired by the University. The user-friendly interface allows for individual customization. You can browse through titles and fields of study using A-Z lists.
